Return Policy
We accept returns only in cases where the product arrives damaged.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Proof of damage (photos) may be required before a return is approved.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
